My Toothpaste Paintings are  u n i q u e  pieces of art.

They combine our modern synthetic look with natural aging proccesses.

Toothpaste is a brilliant painting material.

It is semi-fluid, has a wide range of colors and an aromatic smell.

It changes its look and surface in time and with varying humidity.

As a child I spent hours in my mom´s laboratory being fascinated by her work as a dental technician.

Especially the different ingredients and aromas took my attention.

For my Masters Degree in Fine Arts I discovered toothpaste as sculptural and painting material.
Since then my compassion for the material accompanies my experience.
